Article 2 - Acceptance of the general conditions of sale and use

      By using the “My Skate Bro” mobile application downloadable from the Google Play Store or from the Apple App Store, the user accepts these terms and conditions of use as well that these general conditions of sale inherent in the use and operation of the My Skate Bro. It is accessible after downloading and installing it on your device from the Google Play Store or from the Apple App Store.
      The use of the services offered by My Skate Bro may be discouraged for certain people, depending on their state of health (health problems, pathologies limiting the practice of sport, etc.). Before using the My Skate Bro mobile application, you acknowledge:

Article 4 - Account in app

      The user creating an account on the application (member) has the possibility of accessing it by logging in using the identifiers provided when registering. The user is entirely responsible for the protection of his password. Laurent ALLO - Individual entrepreneur cannot be held responsible for unauthorized use of the mobile application by a third party, in the event that the latter has had access to the personal data of this user.
      Once connected via these identifiers, the user can then modify some of these data via the profile page. It is also possible via this same page to disconnect from the application.
       In the event of loss of password, the user can reset it via the login page by following the procedure indicated.

Article 5 - Closure of account

      Each member is free to close their account on the application. For this, the member must send an e-mail to the publisher indicating that he wishes to delete his account. No recovery of his data will then be possible.

Article 6 - General user obligations

      The user agrees not to communicate his login information to this information because these identifiers allow access to his personalized profile. these general conditions of use and sales in the use and operation of the application. The texts, logos, icons, brands, visuals, videos or any other protected element included in the application belong exclusively to their owners. My Skate bro is in no way responsible for any physical problems inherent to each user.

Article 7 - Pricing and payment information

      The prices appearing in the application are prices in Euros all taxes included (TTC), taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of purchase.
      Laurent ALLO - Individual entrepreneur reserves the right to pass on any change in the VAT rate to the price of products or services. The publisher also reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the price appearing in the application on the day of purchase will be the only one applicable to the buyer.
      The user can, if he wishes, unlock all the functionalities/contents of the application by subscribing to a Premium subscription accessible via the “premium” page of the application. The details of the features and content unlocked via this subscription are indicated on this same page.
      The Premium subscription can be subscribed on a Monthly (1 Month) or Annual (12 months) basis, the choice of the type of subscription is available on the Premium page . As soon as the user chooses his subscription, he is then redirected to the in-app payment module (in-app-purchase) linked to his OS (Apple Pay for iOs and Google Pay for Android). This module allows the user to make his payment using the credit card, bank accounts or any other means of payment accepted and of which he will have provided the information to the Store corresponding to his OS. Payments are made through secure transactions provided by the Store. The application does not have access to any data relating to the user's means of payment. Payment is made directly to the Store receiving payment from the customer and Laurent ALLO - Individual Entrepreneur cannot be held responsible for a failure to secure payment, this being the responsibility of Apple or Google.
      The payment is made in one go, once it has been made, the user is informed by email of the validation of his subscription. The subscription period is then initiated and the user has access to all the features of the application until the end of this period.
       The subscription is automatically renewed at the end of the subscription period. However, the user can request its cancellation at any time via the “Subscriptions” section which is accessible on the stores (App Store for iOS or Play Store for Android). This request must be made at least 48 hours before the end of its current subscription period. Once the subscription is cancelled, the user will no longer have access to the application's feature set at the end of the current subscription period.

Article 8 - Provision and waiver of the right of withdrawal

      The publisher undertakes to make the products available immediately upon purchase. The products offered in the application do not allow the customer to exercise his right of withdrawal, under article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, because these are services fully performed before the end of the legal withdrawal period or digital content not provided on a material medium, the execution of which has begun after the express prior agreement of the consumer, and that the user has expressly waived his right of withdrawal at the time of purchase. Being subject to an obligation of means, the company Laurent ALLO - Individual Entrepreneur cannot be blamed in the event of problems related to the operation and use of the mobile application. As the application is in its first version, it is possible that errors may occur during its operation. Similarly, the company Laurent ALLO - Individual Entrepreneur can in no way be held responsible for the physical and/or psychological results obtained, or not, by the user. The use of the My Skate Bro mobile application does not in any way constitute a promise of progress in the practice of skateboarding for users.
      In case of impossibility of access to the application, due to technical problems or of any nature, the user cannot claim damages and cannot claim any compensation. The unavailability, even prolonged and without any time limit, of one or more products, cannot constitute a prejudice for the users and cannot in any way give rise to the granting of damages from the editor. The hypertext links present on the application may refer to other applications or to websites and the responsibility of the publisher of the application cannot be engaged if the content of these sites and applications contravenes the legislation in force. Similarly, the publisher cannot be held liable if the use of these sites or applications, by the user, causes him harm.
      The publisher cannot be held liable for the technical unavailability of the connection, whether due in particular to a case of force majeure, to maintenance, to an update, to a modification, to an intervention by the host, to an internal or external strike, to a network failure, to a power cut, or even to a bad configuration or use of the user's device.

Article 10 - Cookies and Privacy Policy

      The My Skate Bro mobile application uses certain personal data of the user for its operation and operation. This information is secured and kept by the company Laurent ALLO - Entrepreneur Individuel and/or with service providers who comply with the standards for the protection of personal data.       These general conditions of use and sale are linked to the latest available version of the My Skate Bro mobile application. Article 12 - Applicable law and mediation

       These general conditions are subject to the application of French law. They can be modified at any time by the publisher or his representative. The general conditions applicable to the user are those in force on the day of their purchase or their connection to the application. The publisher obviously undertakes to keep all its old general conditions and to send them to any user who requests them. general conditions may before any legal action be submitted to the discretion of the publisher with a view to an amicable settlement. It is expressly reminded that requests for amicable settlement do not suspend the time limits open for bringing legal action.
